This week we’ll be in Coltishall community orchard which we’ve been tending to for a couple of years now. There’ll be plenty to cut and rake as the vegetation is much higher than earlier in the year. We’ll be able to improve the site still further by planting some wildflowers that have been grown from seed. A couple of local guys will be trimming the hedge so there’ll be clippings from that to clear away too.
Meet as usual at Acle library at 9.30am to car share as much as possible, or at Coltishall village hall car park (overflow football field car park down the road on the right if necessary) 41, Rectory Road, Coltishall, Norfolk NR12 7HL at 10am. Please note the grid ref for the car park is TG270200 (not TG372190 as shown in the programme).
